Se você tem esse perfil, queremos você em nosso time.Se você compartilha dos mesmos valores, será uma satisfação vê você escrever a sua trajetória com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar os beneficiários do Sistema Unimed Teresina/Intermed e Intercâmbio, garantindo um atendimento cordial e eficiente na recepção;Acompanhar protocolos via portal do beneficiário, analisando e respondendo de forma assertiva para evitar reclamações;Atender e tratar adequadamente as solicitações recebidas por meio dos canais de atendimento ao cliente;Fornecer informações detalhadas aos beneficiários sobre contratos, produtos, serviços e diretrizes institucionais;Comunicar negativas oficialmente aos clientes, conforme estabelecido nas Resoluções Normativas (RN) e nos contratos vigentes;Analisar e solucionar pendências administrativas relacionadas a processos de autorização e demais assuntos operacionais;Identificar oportunidades de retenção e conversão em casos de solicitações de cancelamento do plano;Seguir roteiros de atendimento nos multicanais, atuando de forma ativa ou receptiva;Prestar suporte aos clientes, resolvendo problemas técnicos, burocráticos ou operacionais de forma eficaz;Atuar na retenção e recuperação de clientes por meio de um atendimento qualificado e estratégico;Orientar os clientes, direcionando-os à rede credenciada conforme suas necessidades;Identificar demandas dos clientes e reportá-las ao supervisor para a devida tomada de decisão;Enviar mensagens por e-mail ou SMS ao término do atendimento, utilizando a ferramenta de CRM;Encaminhar atendimentos específicos para as áreas competentes, garantindo a resolução adequada das demandas;Demonstrar habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral de forma clara e objetiva;Aplicar técnicas de negociação e persuasão para um atendimento mais eficiente;Atender os clientes com presteza e clareza, fornecendo informações e solucionando dúvidas de maneira assertiva;Cumprir as metas estabelecidas, seguindo as normas da ANS, diretrizes de intercâmbio e a Lei do SAC;Manter-se atualizado quanto aos avanços tecnológicos referentes a sua área de atuação, ROL, normas e resoluções da ANS, manual de intercâmbio, visando o aprimoramento profissional, repasse de conhecimentos, sugestões de melhorias em processos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua;Zelar pela conservação dos bens patrimoniais, solicitando manutenção, reparo e/ou reposição, sempre que necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento em Administração e/ou áreas afinsExperiência com atendimento ao clientes;Conhecimento com rotinas de atendimento de Operadora de Plano de SaúdePacote Office – BásicoDisponibilidade para jornada de 44h/semanaisInformações adicionaisO que temos para você:Plano de saúde (após o período de experiência)Ticket AlimentaçãoPlano Odontológico (após o período de experiência)Day OffTotal Pass
