Realizar follow-up com os clientes após interações iniciais, garantindo que suas necessidades tenham sido atendidas e coletando feedback. Manter registros precisos das interações com os clientes, atualizando informações em sistemas ou bancos de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Graduação em andamento ou completa em Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.Habilidades: Boas habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com clientes e equipe interna.
