Se você acredita que pessoas são o principal diferencial de uma empresa e busca uma oportunidade para crescer profissionalmente, essa vaga é para você!Como Assistente de Recursos Humanos, você fará parte de um time que atua diretamente no desenvolvimento e bem-estar dos colaboradores, apoiando os processos de recrutamento e seleção, admissão, integração, treinamentos, comunicação interna e demais rotinas de RH.Responsabilidades e atribuições Objetivo do cargo: Apoiar a gestão e a administração dos benefícios oferecidos aos colaboradores, garantindo o controle, a operacionalização e o atendimento às demandas, conforme as políticas internas e a legislação vigente.Principais atividades:Realizar a inclusão, alteração e exclusão de colaboradores nos benefícios.Efetuar lançamentos, conferências e controles de benefícios, como vale-transporte, vale-alimentação, vale-refeição, plano de saúde, seguro de vida e outros.Apoiar o processo de compra, recarga e distribuição dos benefícios.Conferir faturas, valores e descontos em folha relacionados aos benefícios.Atender e esclarecer dúvidas dos colaboradores e gestores.Manter atualizados os cadastros, relatórios e controles internos.Apoiar o relacionamento com fornecedores e administradoras de benefícios.Identificar e corrigir inconsistências nos processos de benefícios.Elaborar relatórios e indicadores para acompanhamento da área.Cumprir os prazos e procedimentos internos do departamento de Recursos Humanos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou concluído em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior na área de Recursos Humanos;Conhecimento em na area de beneficios;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e atender colaboradores;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.Informações adicionaisAlimentação;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida.
