Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Departamento Pessoal para fazer parte do nosso time de Recursos Humanos!Procuramos uma pessoa organizada, responsável e atenta aos detalhes, que tenha interesse em atuar com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e contribuir para o bom andamento dos processos da área.Nesta posição, você dará suporte às atividades do dia a dia do Departamento Pessoal, auxiliando nos processos de admissão, controle de ponto, benefícios, documentação e atendimento aos colaboradores, sempre com atenção aos prazos e procedimentos internos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar nos processos de admissão e desligamento de colaboradores, realizando conferência de documentos, cadastros e movimentações necessárias;Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de férias, afastamentos e demais movimentações de colaboradores;Realizar lançamentos, conferências e acompanhamento do controle de ponto, identificando e tratando inconsistências;Apoiar o processamento da folha de pagamento, realizando lançamentos, conferências e validações das informações;Realizar o acompanhamento de benefícios e movimentações cadastrais dos colaboradores;Realizar lançamentos e acompanhar o envio de informações e eventos ao eSocial, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos;Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores em dúvidas relacionadas às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;Organizar e manter atualizados documentos, cadastros e registros dos colaboradores;Acompanhar prazos e demandas da área, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos; Realizar o controle e acompanhamento dos processos de medicina do trabalho, incluindo exames admissionais, periódicos, demissionais e demais demandas relacionadas à saúde ocupacional.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência anterior em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal será um diferencial;Conhecimento básico em legislação trabalhista;Conhecimento em controle de ponto e folha de pagamento será um diferencial;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
