Há 86 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar os treinamentos previstos no levantamento das necessidades de treinamento junto às áreas, coletando informações e dados para análise.Organizar e preparar materiais para cursos, palestras e seminários, além de apoiar na seleção de conteúdo técnico e de apoio.Ministrar treinamentos básicos e reciclagens para colaboradores, seguindo roteiros e orientações definidas.Lançar lista de presença dos treinamentos aplicados na instituição.Acompanhar indicadores de treinamentos obrigatórios junto a gestão responsável, e garantir reciclagens para treinamentos que tenham prazo, seguindo roteiros e orientações definidas.Realizar a logística básica para treinamentos, incluindo reserva de espaços, agendamento e organização de viagens para instrutores e colaboradores.Acompanhar o cumprimento da programação de treinamento, garantindo a participação e registro das atividades.Elaborar relatórios sobre a execução dos treinamentos, apoiando na coleta de indicadores de desempenho.Estabelecer contato com profissionais especializados e instituições de ensino para a organização e execução de atividades de desenvolvimento, garantindo qualidade e relevância.Gerenciar a logística de viagens (incluindo passagens, hospedagem, alimentação e transporte) para colaboradores e instrutores, assegurando uma experiência fluida e organizada.Realizar matrícula dos participantes do processo de admissão no Ambiente de Aprendizagem Virtual para realização do Programa de Integração.Realizar o convite, organização e gestão de indicadores de participação de candidatos e instrutores no Programa de Onboarding (Bem-vindo, Programa de Integração Pré-Admissional, Trilha da Segurança) assegurando a adequação do processo à cultura organizacional.Acompanhar a entrega das Fichas de Acolhimento, conferir e orientar os gestores no preenchimento do documento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesImportante ter:Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Pedagogia, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas;Experiência  anterior em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente com atuação em Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Educação Corporativa, Desenvolvimento de Pessoas ou rotinas administrativas de RH;Conhecimento em rotinas de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Pessoas;Vivência com acompanhamento de treinamentos, incluindo controle de inscrições, listas de presença, agendas, logística, materiais e registros;Experiência com atividades administrativas e elaboração de controles, relatórios e indicadores.Desejável ter: Conhecimento de Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;Capacidade de organizar e manter atualizados controles, planilhas, documentos e bases de treinamento.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta (08 ás 18h)Benefícios: VT, TR, Clube da saúde e Clube de vantagensVaga temporária
