Apoiar os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de vagas operacionais e administrativas, auxiliando no alinhamento de perfis e na triagem de candidatos para atender com agilidade às demandas dos clientes internos e aos objetivos da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no alinhamento dos perfis das vagas de acordo com a descrição de cargos e orientações do cliente interno, visando a triagem de profissionais adequados ao perfil definido;Apoiar o processo de Recrutamento externo e interno através do mapeamento e divulgação em fontes adequadas, bem como o suporte na seleção de pessoal, respeitando as competências e conhecimentos técnicos definidos pela empresa;Enviar a proposta de trabalho para os candidatos aprovados e orientar quanto aos documentos de admissão;Apoiar o time de R&S nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais dos processos seletivos;Realizar abertura e acompanhamento de chamados relacionados às vagas;Apoiar na divulgação das oportunidades em diferentes canais;Realizar triagem de currículos e contato inicial com candidatos;Apoiar no agendamento e condução das etapas dos processos seletivos;Realizar atualização e acompanhamento dos processos na Gupy;Apoiar no controle e organização das informações e indicadores da área;Conduzir processos seletivos de menor complexidade, principalmente para posições operacionais, auxiliares e assistentes;Apoiar nas demandas de recrutamento para áreas corporativas, conforme orientação e necessidade do time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando ou completo em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em rotinas de Recrutamento e Seleção;Conhecimento em divulgação de vagas, triagem e contato com candidatos;Organização, boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar com alto volume de demandas;Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de R&S, especialmente Gupy.Conhecimento/habilidade com Excel
