Atuar como profissional em formação, apoiando o professor regente na implementação das práticas pedagógicas bilíngues, no acompanhamento dos estudantes e na organização da rotina escolar, ao mesmo tempo em que desenvolve competências profissionais alinhadas à proposta educacional e à cultura institucional da escola.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoio à Prática PedagógicaApoiar o professor na condução de atividades de aprendizagem em português e inglês.Acompanhar pequenos grupos e atendimentos individualizados.Auxiliar na mediação de interações e na organização dos tempos e espaços.Estimular o uso funcional da língua inglesa nas rotinas.Observação e Formação ProfissionalObservar práticas pedagógicas, situações de aprendizagem e momentos de livre brincar.Registrar observações sobre engajamento, interação, linguagem e comportamento.Participar de momentos de reflexão com o professor e a coordenação.Construir progressivamente sua identidade docente.Organização e RotinaApoiar a preparação e organização de materiais.Auxiliar na manutenção do ambiente de aprendizagem.Colaborar com transições, lanches, recreios e demais momentos da rotina.Zelar pela organização dos espaços.Comunicação e Trabalho em EquipeManter comunicação respeitosa com professores e equipe.Reportar observações relevantes ao professor regente.Participar de reuniões quando convocado.Respeitar fluxos institucionais.Compromisso InstitucionalParticipar de formações, encontros pedagógicos e projetos institucionais.Cumprir protocolos, políticas internas e orientações da liderança.Atuar em consonância com a cultura, os valores e os princípios da escola.Demonstrar postura profissional e responsabilidade.Relação com Famílias (Apoio Institucional)Apoiar a organização de reuniões e eventos escolares.Manter postura ética e institucional no contato com famílias.Encaminhar demandas conforme orientação do professor ou coordenação.Ética, Segurança e SafeguardingCumprir rigorosamente as políticas de proteção à criança.Zelar pelo bem-estar físico, social e emocional dos alunos.Reportar situações de risco conforme protocolo.Garantir ambiente seguro.Cumprir código de conduta.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência EsperadaVivência prévia em contextos educacionais (estágios, monitorias, voluntariado) será considerada diferencial.Desejável experiência com crianças em idade escolar.Experiência em contextos bilíngues será um diferencial.Perfil EsperadoEstudante regularmente matriculado em Pedagogia, Letras, Psicologia ou áreas afins.Inglês intermediário ou superior.Interesse genuíno pela docência e pelo desenvolvimento infantil.Perfil responsável, organizado e colaborativo.Disposição para aprender e receber feedback.Mentalidade de aprendizagem contínua.Postura ética e institucional.
