Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesAtender famílias interessadas via WhatsApp, conduzindo uma abordagem consultiva até o agendamento da visita à unidade;Realizar prospecção ativa por telefone, trabalhando leads que ainda não responderam ou não avançaram no processo;Confirmar as visitas agendadas, garantindo o comparecimento das famílias às unidades;Validar e humanizar agendamentos realizados por IA, confirmando as informações com as famílias e atualizando o CRM;Atuar em campanhas de reabertura, entrando em contato com leads antigos para identificar novas oportunidades;Gerenciar carteira própria de leads no RD Station CRM, mantendo os registros atualizados e acompanhando cada oportunidade;Trabalhar com metas individuais de agendamento e comparecimento, acompanhando resultados e buscando oportunidades de conversão;Manter uma rotina comercial estruturada, com organização de prioridades, cadência de contatos e acompanhamento dos leads até a visitaRequisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência profissionalExperiência comprovada como SDR, BDR ou profissional de pré-vendas, atuando com metas individuais de agendamento e/ou conversão;Experiência com prospecção ativa e follow-up por telefone, com rotina de volume de ligações;Experiência em vendas consultivas, envolvendo identificação de necessidades, qualificação de leads, tratamento de objeções e fechamento;
