Buscamos um(a) Assistente de Segurança Patrimonial para atuar junto ao Centro de Distribuição de Cabreúva, apoiando a gestão da área por meio do acompanhamento de indicadores, análises de dados, controles administrativos e financeiros, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e para a tomada de decisão da liderança. Se você possui perfil analítico, gosta de trabalhar com indicadores, controles e busca uma oportunidade para atuar em uma área estratégica em constante evolução, essa vaga pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, atualizar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área de Segurança Patrimonial;Consolidar dados e desenvolver relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados e suporte à tomada de decisão;Elaborar apresentações executivas e materiais para reuniões de gestão;Realizar análises de dados relacionados a ocorrências, acessos, perdas, desvios e não conformidades;Acompanhar indicadores de controle de acesso de colaboradores, visitantes e prestadores de serviço;Controlar e atualizar bases de dados, planilhas e sistemas utilizados pela área;Apoiar o acompanhamento financeiro, controle orçamentário e gestão de despesas da área;Dar suporte à gestão no acompanhamento de projetos, demandas administrativas e iniciativas de melhoria contínua;Elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre processos, ocorrências e indicadores operacionais;Apoiar treinamentos, campanhas de conscientização e comunicação de procedimentos relacionados à Segurança Patrimonial;Realizar interface com áreas parceiras, garantindo organização e confiabilidade das informações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessários:Ensino médio completo; Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas, controles e análise de informações; Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel; Vivência com elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores; Facilidade com sistemas e ferramentas de gestão.

Desejáveis: Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Administração, Logística, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão de Segurança ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados; Experiência com dashboards e indicadores de performance; Conhecimento em processos de Segurança Patrimonial, Controle de Acesso, CFTV ou Prevenção de Perdas; Vivência com rotinas financeiras e acompanhamento orçamentário; Experiência em operações logísticas ou centros de distribuição.
