Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um(a) Assistente de serviços para Prestar suporte administrativo e operacional às rotinas da área de Frota, garantindo controle, atualização e processamento das informações referentes ao faturamento, entrega, movimentação e documentação de veículos. Atua em interface direta com vendedores, clientes, áreas internas, montadora e transportadoras, assegurando precisão dos registros, cumprimento dos prazos e padronização dos processos..Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Enviar informativos e notas fiscais de faturamento aos clientes, seguindo padrões de comunicação e checklist interno.• Gerar boletos de pagamento conforme chegada dos veículos, garantindo a inserção correta dos dados e prazos.• Confirmar com o cliente o recebimento de boletos e acompanhar pagamento via sistemas.• Conferir documentos de veículos faturados, arquivar processos e controlar documentações de PCD, Táxi e demais parceiros.• Cadastrar informações em sistemas corporativos RENAVE e relatórios correlatos.• Monitorar a chegada, liberação e movimentação dos veículos nos pátios (Tegma/PDI e unidades), registrando informações em planilhas de controle.• Acompanhar veículos em preparação para entrega (acessórios, revisão, emplacamento, limpeza e conferência final)Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você possui:• Vivência em rotinas administrativas e operacionais.• Experiência com atendimento ao cliente• Desejável atuação em concessionária, logística automotiva ou área de faturamento• Experiência com controles diários, planilhas e sistemas corporativos.• Emissão e conferência de documentos (NF-e, boletos, ATPV/RENAVE, XML).• Cadastro e acompanhamento de informações em sistemas internos e da montadora.• Organização de agenda e fluxos de entrega.• Controle de arquivos e documentação física e digital.• Noções de rotinas financeiras (boletos, baixas, conferências).Se identificou com o desafio?
