Responsabilidades e atribuições Confira as principais atividades desta vaga: Apoiar as Executivas Comerciais no atendimento aos clientes e no acompanhamento das demandas comerciais; Realizar o follow-up de propostas, orçamentos, aprovações e demais etapas do processo comercial; Elaborar e atualizar propostas comerciais, apresentações, planilhas de controle e relatórios da área; Manter informações de clientes, oportunidades e negociações atualizadas nos sistemas e ferramentas utilizadas pela equipe; Atuar como interface entre as áreas internas e a equipe comercial, garantindo o fluxo correto das informações para execução dos eventos; Organizar e controlar documentos, contratos e demais informações comerciais; Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores e resultados da área; Identificar pendências e antecipar possíveis riscos, acionando as áreas responsáveis para garantir o andamento das demandas; Prestar suporte administrativo e operacional às atividades relacionadas aos clientes, negociações e eventos.Requisitos e qualificações Curtiu?! Vamos em frente, entenda o que esperamos de você:Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Turismo, Eventos, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência anterior nas áreas Comercial, Atendimento ao Cliente, Eventos, Turismo ou Customer Service; Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas e prazos simultaneamente; Perfil proativo, colaborativo e com senso de urgência; Facilidade para atuar em equipe e realizar interface com diferentes áreas.

Será um diferencial:

Experiência em agências de eventos, turismo ou viagens corporativas; Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão, CRM ou ferramentas de acompanhamento comercial; Conhecimento em Power BI; Inglês (preferencialmente intermediário).
