Venha participar do nosso time e seja um integrante da nossa história! :)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no suporte aos usuários para dúvidas e correções de erros no sistema Linx Microvix, garantindo o correto funcionamento das rotinas operacionais e administrativas;Acompanhar implantações de novos módulos e processos, participando dos testes e validações junto às áreas envolvidas;Realizar abertura, acompanhamento e fechamento de chamados internos e junto ao suporte da Linx, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a rastreabilidade das solicitações;Elaborar e atualizar manuais e tutoriais de uso do sistema, contribuindo para a criação e manutenção da Base de Conhecimento Microvix;Testar novas rotinas, parametrizações e atualizações do sistema antes da disponibilização aos usuários;Auxiliar na integração do Microvix com sistemas complementares, como plataformas de e-commerce, PDV, conciliação, BI e financeiro;Preparar estações de trabalho (notebooks e desktops) para novos usuários e lojas, incluindo instalação e configuração dos softwares necessários;Apoiar a equipe de TI no controle das obrigações e rotinas administrativas da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento básico em ERP Linx Microvix, principalmente nos módulos de Vendas, PDV;Familiaridade com Windows, Pacote Office e navegadores web;Capacidade de realizar instalação, configuração e atualização de softwares;Conhecimentos básicos em SQL (consultas simples, leitura de dados e identificação de erros);Diferencial: experiência anterior com suporte técnico Protheus.Diferencial experiência anterior com suporte técnico ou implantação de ERP Linx Microvix;Boa comunicação, perfil analítico e atenção a detalhes.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;TotalPass;Plano de saúde;Descontos em produtos Bagaggio;Parceria com universidades, cursos e restaurantes;Day Off de aniversário.
