Buscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, com habilidade para negociação, e boa capacidade de planejamento e organização para compor nosso time de Suprimentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCumprir os processos de compras, realizando cotação com no mínimo três fornecedores, atendendo os prazos de cada item solicitado, enviando valores para aprovação da engenharia, encaminhando pedido aprovado para gestão da área, a fim de gerar autorização de compra e garantir o atendimento das necessidades da obra solicitante, diariamente.Realizar aquisições de insumos para as obras, acompanhando metas de orçamentos por itens, a fim de garantir os valores menores ou iguais aos previstos em orçamento (ou conforme meta), diariamente.Atentar-se aos prazos dos itens solicitados pelas obras, analisando as demandas,  a fim de garantir o prazo de entrega estabelecido no cronograma e o atendimento das especificações descritas no memorial descritivo, diariamente.Apoiar no controle do estoque de materiais de obras (ao término de cada obra), por meio do contato ativo/suporte ao colaborador alocado no almoxarifado da obra, a fim de controlar as quantidades e especificações e permitir reaproveitamento, sempre que necessário.Acompanhar os prazos de entrega de materiais e equipamentos das obras, conferindo se os pedidos fechados foram entregues e tratando os atrasos, a fim de garantir que os insumos estejam disponíveis para o início das atividades, diariamente.Atualizar e fazer cadastro de novos fornecedores e insumos no sistema da empresa, visando gerar lançamento de compras e faturamento de itens, sempre que necessário.Solicitar e acompanhar as licenças, laudos e outras exigências aos fornecedores sobre os materiais e equipamentos solicitados, acompanhando retorno e lançando documentação em plataforma interna, visando atender normas de qualidade, idoneidade e cumprimento de requisitos ambientais, quando aplicável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Cursando em: Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Domínio do Pacote Office;Excel intermediário;Conhecimento no sistema MEGA será considerado um diferencial;Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde Seguros Unimed Nacional: sem desconto para o colaborador nas modalidades enfermaria ou apartamento;Apoio psicológico em parceria com a Seguros Unimed;Convênio odontológico Unimed Odonto;Vale refeição/alimentação no valor R$ 886,16/mensal;Seguro de vida - Seguros Unimed;Auxílio natalidade - recebimento do valor de cesta natalidade de R$2.000,00 após o nascimento do filho(a);Café da manhã e lanche da tarde na empresa;Totalpass;Day Off;Licença parental estendida de 30 dias a mais do previsto por lei;Desconto de 15% na conta de Energia;Premiação anual, conforme regimento interno.
