Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico a usuários (hardware, software, redes e sistemas);Atender e registrar chamados em sistema de tickets;Realizar manutenção básica em computadores, impressoras e dispositivos de rede;Apoiar na instalação, configuração e atualização de softwares;Auxiliar na administração de usuários e permissões (Active Directory e sistemas internos);Prestar suporte ao sistema TOTVS Protheus, auxiliando usuários em dúvidas operacionais e erros básicos;Acompanhar e escalar incidentes mais complexos para níveis superiores;Documentar procedimentos e soluções técnicas;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em TI ou áreas correlatas);Conhecimentos básicos em Windows e pacote Office;Noções de redes de computadores;Facilidade com atendimento ao usuário e comunicação clara;Organização e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas;Desejável conhecimento em TOTVS Protheus;Diferenciais:Experiência prévia em suporte técnico ou help desk;Conhecimento em ferramentas de chamados (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management);Noções de infraestrutura de TI (rede, servidores, backups);Conhecimento em Microsoft 365 e Active Directory;
