Aqui, você terá a oportunidade de colocar em prática seus conhecimentos de Field Service e suporte remoto, vivenciando desafios diários que vão acelerar o seu desenvolvimento profissional.Se você se identifica com inovação, tem empatia no atendimento e busca um time colaborativo, venha fazer a diferença conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento técnico presencial (Field Service) e suporte remoto N1 para identificação, diagnóstico e resolução de falhas.Executar a instalação, configuração e manutenção Preventiva/Corretiva em hardware, software e periféricos.Efetuar o registro e gestão de chamados via sistema de SLA, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos de atendimento.Prestar treinamento básico aos usuários na operação de equipamentos de atendimento (como impressoras, totens, painéis e dispositivos móveis).Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas do setor de TI, incluindo controle de estoque, qualidade, conferência e requisição de materiais/insumos.Garantir o suporte à infraestrutura e redes de computadores, assegurando o pleno funcionamento das rotinas operacionais dos usuários.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior cursando na área de TI (Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou correlatas) ou Curso Técnico em TI/Informática completo.Vivência ou experiência básica em suporte de TI (a partir de 6 meses de atuação técnica ou estágio).Conhecimentos fundamentais em montagem e manutenção de computadores (Hardware), sistemas operacionais (Windows) e conceitos básicos de redes de computadores.Pacote Office / Excel Básico para controle e organização de rotinas administrativas.Habilidades comportamentais: Excelente relacionamento interpessoal, empatia, iniciativa, disciplina e domínio emocional no atendimento ao cliente interno/externo.Desejável:Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de chamados (SLA).Facilidade para atendimento ao cliente em campo (Field Service) e postura focada em resolução ágil de problemas.Capacidade de ação inovadora e orientação à confidencialidade no manuseio de dados e acessos.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:5X2 das 08:00 às 18:00Unidade:Hospital PROMED | R.
