Como Assistente de Trade Marketing você atuará no apoio à execução e acompanhamento das ações de Trade Marketing nas operações de varejo e atacado do Grupo. Apoiará a organização de campanhas, ativações e ações promocionais, acompanhará cronogramas, demandas e prazos, bem como auxiliará no controle e distribuição de materiais de comunicação e ponto de venda. Também realizará o acompanhamento de pontos extras, exposições e ativações negociadas, solicitando, conferindo e organizando fotos, check-ins e demais evidências de execução. Apoiará o controle das contrapartidas acordadas com fornecedores, manterá contato com as lojas para acompanhamento das demandas e contribuirá para a atualização de mapas de pontos extras e espaços comerciais. Também será responsável por organizar materiais, arquivos, apresentações e relatórios da área, realizar lançamentos e atualizações nas ferramentas utilizadas e atuar em conjunto com Marketing, Comercial e Operações para garantir a adequada execução das ações sob sua responsabilidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a execução de campanhas e ações de Trade Marketing nas lojas; Organizar e acompanhar cronogramas, ativações e ações promocionais; Apoiar o controle e a distribuição de materiais de comunicação e PDV; Acompanhar pontos extras, exposições e ativações negociadas; Solicitar, conferir e organizar fotos, check-ins e evidências de execução; Apoiar o acompanhamento das contrapartidas acordadas com fornecedores; Manter contato com as lojas para acompanhamento de demandas, prazos e execuções; Apoiar a atualização de mapas de pontos extras e espaços comerciais; Organizar materiais, arquivos, apresentações e relatórios da área; Realizar lançamentos, atualizações e controles nas ferramentas da área; Apoiar o controle de prazos e o acompanhamento das demandas sob sua responsabilidade; Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Marketing, Comercial e Operações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos; Perfil proativo, responsável e com facilidade para execução e acompanhamento de demandas; Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas, lojas, fornecedores e demandas simultâneas; Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Planilhas; Disponibilidade para realizar visitas às lojas, quando necessário.

DesejáveisExperiência prévia em Trade Marketing, Marketing, Merchandising ou área Comercial; Conhecimento em materiais de PDV, merchandising e execução de ações no ponto de venda; Conhecimento em PowerPoint ou Google Apresentações; Experiência com acompanhamento de campanhas, ativações ou ações promocionais; Conhecimento em ferramentas de controle, check-in ou gestão de ações de campo.
