Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte operacional aos nossos motoristas e cooperados (fila de carregamento);Cadastramento de veículos e cooperados para que possam movimentar veículos na fila de carregamento;Consolidar e acompanhar informações de desempenho relacionados a entradas, saídas e tempo de permanência dos veículos na fila de carregamento;Fazer controle do fluxo de padronização e adesivação da frota de cooperados;Fazer controle do fluxo de check lists dos veículos;Monitorar demandas de cargas criadas no sistema fora do tempo padrão pré estabelecido dos clientes;Realizar processo interno para repasse de fretes de carregamentos de cargas não gerenciadas pela Cootravale;Monitorar placas da frota sem espelhamento;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento (preferencialmente em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas);Excel intermediário;Perfil analítico e visão sistêmica;Experiência prévia em empresas de transportes;Vivência com atendimento a motoristas ou equipes operacionais será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisVale refeição;Vale transporte;Vale alimentação;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de vida.Horário comercial.
