Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em conjunto com o professor regente no planejamento, desenvolvimento e acompanhamento das experiências pedagógicas;Participar da elaboração de propostas de aprendizagem, trazendo ideias e contribuições;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento individual das crianças, identificando necessidades, avanços e dificuldades;Comunicar observações relevantes à professora regente e à coordenação;Auxiliar na organização e condução de atividades pedagógicas, recreativas e expressivas;Contribuir para a documentação pedagógica, por meio de registros, observações e fotografias;Estimular a autonomia e a socialização das crianças;Mediar as interações entre os alunos, favorecendo respeito, cooperação e cuidado coletivo;Acompanhar as crianças nas rotinas de alimentação, higiene e repouso;Substituir eventualmente o professor regente, de forma planejada, garantindo a continuidade das atividades;Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, formações e momentos de estudo;Manter uma postura ética, colaborativa e proativa na relação com alunos, famílias e equipe escolar;Planejar e executar atividades recreativas, organizando os materiais e espaços necessários.

Requisitos e qualificações Estar cursando Pedagogia a partir do 3º período; Ter conhecimentos básicos sobre os fundamentos da Educação Infantil; Demonstrar interesse por formação continuada; Ter boa comunicação oral e escrita; Ter habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa; Ter capacidade de acompanhar e manejar grupos de crianças; Possuir capacidade de observação, registro e reflexão sobre as práticas educativas; Ser organizado, empático e responsável.Diferenciais:Experiência anterior em sala de Educação Infantil.Vivência em projetos de estágio, extensão ou pesquisa relacionados à infância e educação;Conhecimentos sobre metodologias ativas, psicomotricidade, ludicidade e observação pedagógica;Curso de primeiros socorros ou conhecimentos de segurança infantil;Familiaridade com tecnologias educacionais e recursos digitais.
