Então, "Vem pra cá, vem pra cá"!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Assistente de Vendas, você será responsável por:Prestar suporte aos Executivos de Conta nas rotinas e processos comerciais, realizando o atendimento inicial e direcionando as demandas quando necessário;Operacionalizar e acompanhar reservas de mídia e PIs, realizando conferências, ajustes, tratativas de divergências e acompanhamento de encaixes;Realizar cadastro, ativação e atualização de clientes nos sistemas corporativos;Apoiar o time comercial no uso das ferramentas do dia a dia, como Dynamics e SCTV;Manter base de vendas, tabelas de preço e arquivos comerciais sempre atualizados;Acompanhar e tratar inconsistências, pendências e demandas relacionadas aos processos comerciais, realizando os ajustes necessários ou direcionando às áreas responsáveis;Atuar como ponto de apoio operacional entre a área comercial e áreas parceiras, como OPEC, Faturamento, Cobrança, Controles de Vendas, Compensação, Inteligência de Mercado e demais áreas relacionadas;Apoiar na elaboração e disponibilização de indicadores e informações para o time comercial;Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos e controles da área, buscando maior agilidade, organização e confiabilidade das informações;Seguir os procedimentos, normas e políticas estabelecidos pela empresa; Zelar pelos materiais, ferramentas e ambiente de trabalho sob sua responsabilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara a posição, você precisa ter:Formação em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;Domínio do Pacote Office;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel (fórmulas, filtros, base de dados) e PowerPoint;Facilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.Você sai na frente se tiver:Experiência anterior com atendimento comercial;Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM (como Dynamics ou similares);Vivência com leitura e análise de dashboards (Power BI).Informações adicionaisAlém de poder trabalhar na TV mais Feliz do Brasil, você vai receber:💰Salário alinhado às práticas de mercado;🍕Vale Refeição;🥦Vale Alimentação;💪Wellhub;🏊‍♂️SESC;🩺Assistências Médica e Odontológica para você, cônjuge e filhos;🚍Vale Transporte e/ou Estacionamento;💲Previdência Privada;🌟Seguro de Vida;🍼Auxílio Creche;📍Facilidades no próprio CDT como Salão de Beleza, Banco, Praça de Alimentação, Ambulatório para consultas com médicos de diversas especialidades, além de poder realizar alguns exames clínicos;😊Programas de apoio psicológico, nutricional e ergonomia;💡Treinamentos, lives e outros conteúdos para turbinar o conhecimento;📺Acesso ao Clube SBT, com descontos em produtos, lazer, cursos, etc.
