Nosso compromisso é oferecer educação de qualidade, com excelência e determinação em cada desafio Buscamos sempre a alta performance, transformando obstáculos em oportunidades para inovar e alcançar resultados excepcionais.✨Se você se identifica com esse propósito e quer fazer parte de um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador, essa é a sua oportunidade!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerá responsável por prestar suporte técnico e administrativo à equipe de analistas do NEAD (Núcleo de Educação a Distância), auxiliando na organização de conteúdos e atividades acadêmicas no ambiente virtual, no atendimento a chamados e na manutenção das rotinas operacionais do setor.Realizar atendimento a demandas via sistema de chamados (GLPI), e-mail e Microsoft Teams;Registrar e acompanhar solicitações internas, encaminhando-as à operação quando necessário;Apoiar na triagem e organização das demandas recebidas pelos analistas;Auxiliar na inserção e atualização de materiais em disciplinas e matrizes acadêmicas;Apoiar em alterações simples nas trilhas de aprendizagem, sob orientação do time;Apoiar na estruturação básica de conteúdos em HTML;Realizar verificações básicas de arquivos, links e da organização das disciplinas;Auxiliar no registro de dados para os indicadores da área (Power BI – nível introdutório);Manter atualizadas as pastas e documentos na nuvem (AWS – nível básico);Executar outras tarefas compatíveis com a função, conforme necessidade da supervisão.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Educação, Pedagogia, Letras, Sistemas de Informação, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas afins;✅ Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms, OneDrive);✅ Boa comunicação oral e escrita;✅ Perfil com organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade.Será um diferencial: ✅ Experiência com atendimento técnico ou suporte em ambientes educacionais;✅ Vivência com EaD ou apoio à produção de conteúdo acadêmico.Informações adicionaisSalário: Compatível com o mercado.🏥 Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica opcional;🛡️ Seguro de vida;🚌 Vale-transporte;🍽️ Vale-refeição;💪 TotalPass;🎓 Duas bolsas de estudo integrais nos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação.Local de trabalho: Liberdade, São Paulo (próximo à estação São Joaquim do metrô)Modalidade: 100% presencialHorário de trabalho: Das 08h às 18h ou das 09h às 19hEscala: Segunda a sexta
