Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerá responsável por garantir que todas as obrigações financeiras da empresa sejam cumpridas de forma organizada, pontual e segura.O principal objetivo deste cargo é evitar multas, juros e problemas de relacionamento com fornecedores, além de manter o fluxo de caixa previsível.Centralização de notas fiscais: Receber, organizar e protocolar todas as notas fiscais (NF-e, NFS-e), boletos e faturas recebidas.Validação fiscal e comercial: Verificar se as notas fiscais estão de acordo com os pedidos de compra aprovados e se os dados da empresa estão corretos.Resolução de divergências: Entrar em contato com fornecedores ou com o departamento de compras caso existam valores ou quantidades divergentes.

Input de dados: Inserir todas as contas a pagar no sistema de gestão (ERP) ou planilhas de controle.Classificação por plano de contas: Atribuir cada despesa à sua respectiva categoria financeira (ex: custos fixos, variáveis, marketing, pessoal) e centro de custo.Agendamento bancário: Incluir os pagamentos na plataforma do banco (Internet Banking) para aprovação posterior do gestor/diretor.

Gestão do calendário de pagamentos: Monitorar diariamente os vencimentos para garantir que nenhum boleto seja pago com atraso.

Atendimento: Esclarecer dúvidas de fornecedores sobre datas e status de pagamentos.Negociação: Solicitar prorrogação de prazos de vencimento ou parcelamentos quando necessário, mediante autorização da gerência.Emissão de comprovantes: Enviar os comprovantes de pagamento aos parceiros quando solicitado.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino médio completo, será um diferencial se o candidato estiver cursando ou ter ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis.Pacote OfficePerfil Comportamental: Organização, boa comunicação e atenção rigorosa aos detalhes.
