Utilizamos tecnologia, estratégia e foco na experiência do cliente para tornar o mercado de energia mais acessível, transparente e eficiente, oferecendo aos consumidores uma alternativa ao modelo tradicional do setor elétrico. Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Financeiro para integrar o time Financeiro da LUZ. Você terá um papel importante no controle e na organização das informações financeiras, atuando principalmente com lançamento e conferência de notas fiscais no SAP, conferência de pagamentos de maior volume e suporte às demandas da área Financeira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o lançamento de notas fiscais no SAP, garantindo o correto preenchimento e a qualidade das informações;Conferir documentos, notas fiscais e demais informações financeiras antes da realização dos lançamentos e pagamentos;Apoiar a conferência de pagamentos de grande volume, identificando possíveis divergências e direcionando os casos para tratativa;Realizar controles e atualizações de informações financeiras, mantendo os registros organizados e atualizados;Apoiar o acompanhamento e a resolução de pendências junto às áreas internas, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a correta execução dos processos;Prestar suporte às demandas operacionais da área Financeira, contribuindo para a organização e fluidez dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo ou cursando graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em lançamento e conferência de notas fiscais;Experiência com SAP será considerada importante para a posição;Organização e atenção aos detalhes para conferência de documentos e informações financeiras;Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencialmente na região da Berrini.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa, sem coparticipação;Seguro de vida;Vale-refeição;Vale alimentação;Vale-transporte;Wellhub;Programa de saúde e bem-estar, com grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance).
