Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar apuração e baixas dos pagamentos e recebimentos diários;Elaborar, por meio de sistema, relatórios de títulos atrasados para realização da cobrança e encaminhar para cartório quando necessário;Realizar inclusão e retirada de clientes no órgão de proteção ao crédito (serasa), conforme política da área;Elaborar relatório mensal de faturamento;Realizar a apuração de comissões das Escolas Parceiras e consultores (apuração de vendas versus a porcentagem do contrato);Realizar conciliação bancária diariamente, garantindo o cumprimento da programação e saldos bancários;Fazer relatórios mensais com apurações com despesas x recebimento;Conferir baixa no sistema de clientes que tornaram-se adimplentes após a negociação;Apoiar na elaboração da projeção do Fluxo de Caixa da empresa, acompanhando o lançamento das devidas previsões de pagamentos mensais no sistema.Habilididades com negociações e cobranças será um diferencial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento (a partir da metade do curso) em Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou área afins.01 ano de experiência nas atividades do cargo, podendo incluir experiência de estágio.Preferencialmente tenha conhecimento com sistema TOTVS e que já tenha trabalhado na área Educacional.Conhecimento intermediário em excel e word.Noções em operações bancárias.Conhecimento básico em rotinas financeiras e habilidades com operações matemáticas.Comunicação e pensamento Crítico.Gestão do tempo.Iniciativa.Informações adicionaisHorário:Segunda a sexta: 08h às 18hSábado: 08h às 12h.
