Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Financeiro/Administrativo para integrar nossa equipe, com atuação nas empresas do grupo e predominância nas operações relacionadas à Construção Civil.

A posição terá atuação em Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber, com maior foco nas rotinas de Contas a Pagar, além de suporte aos controles financeiros e administrativos da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContas a Pagar

Receber, conferir e organizar notas fiscais, boletos, faturas e demais documentos para pagamento;

Realizar lançamentos, programação, pagamentos e baixas no sistema ERP;

Controlar vencimentos e acompanhar diariamente a programação financeira;

Conferir documentos e comprovantes, identificando e tratando divergências;

Manter contato com fornecedores para regularizações e negociações de prazos;

Manter controles, documentos e arquivos financeiros atualizados e organizados.

Contas a Receber

Emitir boletos e controlar títulos e vencimentos;

Realizar baixas e acompanhar a carteira de recebimentos;

Identificar inadimplências e realizar cobranças;

Atender clientes em questões financeiras e tratar divergências;

Atualizar controles e relatórios de recebíveis.

Conciliação e Controles Financeiros

Realizar conciliações bancárias e conferir movimentações financeiras;

Identificar e tratar divergências;

Apoiar o fechamento financeiro mensal;

Manter controles e relatórios financeiros atualizados.

Rotinas Administrativas

Controlar custos fixos e despesas administrativas;

Acompanhar despesas e obrigações da frota, como seguros, IPVA e licenciamento;

Controlar registros de ativos e vencimentos de contratos e documentos;

Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais;

Prestar suporte às demais rotinas administrativas e financeiras.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:

Ensino Médio Completo; Experiência anterior em rotinas financeiras; Vivência com Contas a Pagar e/ou Contas a Receber; Conhecimento de conciliação bancária; Conhecimento de controles financeiros; Conhecimento de Excel; Experiência com utilização de sistemas informatizados/ERP; Organização e atenção para trabalhar com documentos, valores e prazos.

Diferenciais

Curso Técnico ou Ensino Superior cursando ou concluído em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com Sienge; Experiência anterior em Construção Civil, Incorporadora ou empresas com múltiplos CNPJs; Experiência simultânea em Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber; Vivência com alto volume de pagamentos; Experiência com controles de frota e ativos;Excel intermediário ou avançado.
