Experiência anterior na área financeira será considerada um diferencial.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar lançamentos e organização de contas a pagar e a receber;Conferir documentos financeiros e respectivos lançamentos;Realizar conciliação bancária;Conferir extratos e movimentações bancárias;Realizar baixas e conferências de pagamentos e recebimentos;Controlar vencimentos e acompanhar pagamentos;Organizar comprovantes e documentos financeiros;Realizar o acompanhamento de contas a pagar e receber de diferentes CNPJs;Apoiar a identificação e o acompanhamento de pagamentos em atraso;Apoiar o controle do fluxo de caixa;Realizar a atualização de informações em sistemas de gestão financeira;Utilizar o Conta Azul nas rotinas de BPO Financeiro;Realizar consultas e extrações de informações bancárias;Apoiar a organização de relatórios e informações financeiras;Manter os documentos e registros financeiros organizados e atualizados;Solicitar documentos e informações aos clientes, quando necessário;Apoiar o fechamento financeiro mensal;Eventualmente, apoiar outras atividades administrativas relacionadas à rotina do escritório.

Requisitos e qualificações O que buscamos?Buscamos profissionais interessados em atuar na área financeira e que tenham disposição para aprender e desenvolver conhecimentos relacionados às rotinas de BPO Financeiro.RequisitosEnsino Médio completo;Experiência anterior na área financeira será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimentos básicos de Excel;Facilidade para utilizar sistemas e ferramentas digitais;Organização de documentos e informações;Conhecimentos básicos de contas a pagar e receber serão considerados um diferencial.⭐ Será um diferencial se você tiver experiência com:Rotinas de contas a pagar e receber;Conciliação bancária;BPO Financeiro;Escritórios de contabilidade;Conta Azul ou sistemas similares;Excel;Rotinas administrativas e financeiras de empresas;Atendimento ou contato com clientes.Também consideramos profissionais em início de carreira que tenham interesse em aprender e desenvolver conhecimentos na área financeira.Informações adicionais
