Atuará diretamente com a equipe financeira, assessorando no controle de contas a pagar e a receber e na elaboração de relatórios financeiros, garantindo segurança empresarial e conformidade de acordo as políticas e diretrizes corporativas.Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a emissão e lançamento de Notas Fiscais de entrada e saída em sistema e também prestar suporte no recebimento, conferência e arquivo dessas notas.Prestar assistência no fluxo de contas a pagar, alimentando planilhas padrões da área com as informações das contas a pagar, destacando e se atentando as datas de vencimentos e valores, e auxiliando na emissão de ordens de pagamento, assegurando a exatidão dos dados inseridos.Prestar assistência no fluxo de contas a receber, realizando a emissão de boletos bancários para cobrança de clientes e realizando o registro e acompanhamento dos recebimentos através do sistema corporativo.Prestar assistência na realização de cobrança efetiva aos clientes devedores, via sistemas de comunicação (e-mail, telefone, carta de cobrança etc.), enviando semanalmente malas diretas, com prévia de vencimento e títulos vencidos, garantindo melhoria da adimplência do Grupo. Acompanhar retorno efetivo das solicitações do cliente via e-mail corporativo, garantindo que todo e-mail de cobrança enviado pelo cliente seja respondido satisfatoriamente.Assessorar no processo de conciliação bancária, realizando diariamente a conferência dos extratos bancários e realizando comparativo com os lançamentos em sistema, identificando e sinalizando possíveis divergências nos registros financeiros. Conferir e registrar comprovantes de pagamento, assegurando que os dados estejam corretos e mantendo registros detalhados de todos os pagamentos efetuados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você:Possui o ensino médio completo;Possui experiência prévia em atividades/ rotinas financeiras;Conhecimento intermediário no pacote office, especialmente o Excel;Possuir familiaridade com sistemas de Gestão Financeira;O #GrupoNewChase é o seu lugar!Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Salário compatível com o mercado;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;WellHub (Antigo Gympass) - extensivo para até 3 dependentes;Telemedicina sem custo - extensivo para cônjuge, filhos e filhas;Atendimento Psicológico sem custo - extensivo para cônjuge, filhos e filhas;Descontos em cursos de Graduação, Pós Graduação, MBA e Inglês 100% online;Universidade Corporativa;Programa de Reconhecimento por tempo de empresa;Programa de Atenção à Gestante.
