Buscamos por profissional que atuará nas rotinas de Contas a Receber, realizando emissão de documentos de cobrança, conciliação bancária, acompanhamento de recebimentos e títulos em aberto, além de negociação de títulos em atraso. Também será responsável pelo contato com clientes e áreas internas para tratativas relacionadas a pendências financeiras e apoio às demais atividades da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparar Pagamentos/Cobranças da Empresa;Conciliar os recebimentos/pagamentos da empresa;Auxiliar nas negociações para obtenção de prazos para os pagamentos/recebimentos da empresa;Verificar diariamente o vencimento de títulos e outros compromissos financeiros, confrontando os documentos com o sistema corporativo e, no caso de divergências, contatar as áreas responsáveis para localização e lançamento de notas fiscais para liberação dos pagamentos;Efetuar a conferência das baixas dos pagamentos efetuados no sistema informatizado;Contatar fornecedores e/ou outros setores da empresa para solução de pendências relativas à documentação para pagamento;Contatar os bancos para solucionar pendências relacionadas com pagamentos e/ou baixa de títulos conforme orientações recebidasZelar pela utilização e aplicação das Políticas de Segurança da Informação e LGPD;Manter organizados e atualizados os arquivos da área;Primar pela qualidade global da empresa, sugerindo melhorias ou correção nos processos e/ou procedimentos adotados para execução das atividades;Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, observando demandas internas e/ou determinações do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOBRIGATÓRIO:

Ensino médio completo;Experiência com contas a receber;

Conhecimento em Excel em nível intermediário;

Experiência com utilização de sistemas ERP.

DESEJÁVEL:

Ensino Superior em andamento; Conhecimento em matemática financeira e realização de cálculos.
