Buscamos alguém que queira crescer em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e orientado à inovação.Como Assistente Financeiro II na área de Gestão de Garantias, você será peça-chave no controle e na organização das garantias financeiras da companhia. Seu trabalho terá impacto direto na conformidade, na eficiência dos processos e na tomada de decisões estratégicas.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Realizar o mapeamento, cadastro e controle das garantias financeiras, acompanhando status, vencimentos e necessidade de aditivos ou endossos.- Controlar vencimentos e pagamentos de comissões e prêmios das garantias, incluindo seus registros contábeis.- Apoiar nos processos de acionamento, devolução e exoneração de garantias junto às partes envolvidas.- Contribuir para a contratação e renovação dos diversos tipos de garantias da companhia.- Apoiar a padronização e documentação dos processos da área, propondo melhorias e automações com foco em ferramentas de inteligência artificial.- Estruturar e apresentar dados financeiros em Excel e ferramentas de BI, viabilizando o acompanhamento de indicadores, KPIs e metas da área.- Levantar e organizar informações para áreas internas, bancos, seguradoras e processos de Due Diligence, renovação de crédito e novos relacionamentos.Requisitos e qualificações- Ensino Superior concluído ou em andamento em Ciências Sociais Aplicadas ou Exatas.- Excel intermediário, com domínio de fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e tratamento de dados.- Noções de Business Intelligence (Power BI ou similares) em nível intermediário.- Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de IA aplicadas à produtividade e análise de dados.- Noções de matemática financeira e mercado financeiro.- Inglês básico (intermediário será considerado diferencial).- Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com atenção aos detalhes.- Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.Diferenciais: familiaridade com ERP Oracle, redação estruturada e ferramentas de IA em nível intermediário.Informações adicionaisPra você e seus dependentes.Plano médico e Odontológico.Exclusivos pra você.Vale Alimentação e/ou Refeição;Auxílio Transporte;Previdência privada;Seguro de vida em grupo;Academia / Programas de qualidade de vida;Programa de Idiomas;Programa de Remuneração Variável.
