Atuar em atividades da área financeira, atendendo às demandas operacionais do setor, possibilitando melhor distribuição das atividades, maior agilidade nos processos, acompanhamento das pendências e fortalecimento dos controles internos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento financeiro presencial, telefônico e por canais digitais.Orientar alunos sobre mensalidades, pagamentos, cobranças, bolsas, descontos e negociações.Executar rotinas de caixa, recebimentos, controles e conferências.Realizar lançamentos e atualizações no sistema financeiro.Emitir boletos, declarações, comprovantes e demais documentos financeiros.Acompanhar contas a receber, débitos e regularizações financeiras.Apoiar as ações de cobrança e recuperação de inadimplência.Registrar e acompanhar negociações financeiras dentro das condições autorizadas.Elaborar e apoiar conferências de relatórios e levantamentos financeiros.Repassar orientações operacionais à equipe e apoiar o cumprimento dos procedimentos.Identificar inconsistências, erros e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.Encaminhar à Supervisão situações que necessitem de análise, autorização ou decisão.Requisitos e qualificações Formação: Ensino Médio completo. Desejável Ensino Superior em andamento.Habilidade: Responsabilidade, organização, comprometimento, disposição para aprender, atenção aos detalhes, comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, proatividade e trabalho em equipe.
