Buscamos um(a) Assistente Fiscal com perfil organizado e colaborativo, que contribua para a execução precisa das rotinas do setor, como lançamento de notas fiscais, apuração de impostos, escrituração fiscal e atendimento às obrigações acessórias.Suporte além de números!Vem ser #TeamARO.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAqui o seu propósito será:Atendimento ao cliente via telefone, Whatsapp, reuniões presenciais e online afim de sanar possíveis duvidas e alinhar processos. Resolução de problemas, busca de informações tributárias e acompanhamento da legislação tributária;Realizar entrega de Declarações Acessórias de todos os regimes de baixa, média e alta complexidade do âmbito federal, municipal e estadual, através de programas disponibilizados pelos órgãos públicos, afim de atender as legislações vigentes;Efetuar o fechamento fiscal e envio das Guias para pagamento, de empresas do Simples Nacional de baixa, média e alta complexidade através do sistema Domínio e Site da RFB, afim de atender as legislações municipal, estadual e federal;Efetuar o fechamento fiscal e envio das Guias para pagamento, de empresas do Lucro Presumido de baixa, média e alta complexidade através do sistema Domínio e Site da RFB, afim de atender as legislações municipais e federais;Efetuar o fechamento fiscal e envio das Guias para pagamento, de empresas do Lucro Real de baixa complexidade através do sistema Domínio e Site da RFB, afim de atender as legislações municipais e federais;Suporte aos novos colaboradores da equipe, orientando à respeito do sistema, rede e execução dos processos do departamento fiscal.
