Buscamos um(a) profissional para integrar uma área estratégica, apoiando a execução das rotinas fiscais e o cumprimento das obrigações legais da companhia.A posição atuará no suporte às atividades tributárias, realizando conferências, organização de informações e acompanhamento de processos, contribuindo para a qualidade e conformidade das informações fiscais.Procuramos alguém organizado(a), atento(a) aos detalhes e com facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente, além de bom relacionamento interpessoal e postura colaborativa para atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as atividades relacionadas à apuração e ao acompanhamento dos tributos incidentes sobre as operações da empresa;Auxiliar na preparação, conferência e envio de declarações e informações fiscais aos órgãos competentes;Realizar conferências de documentos e registros fiscais, identificando possíveis inconsistências;Apoiar o atendimento de dúvidas e solicitações relacionadas às rotinas fiscais junto às áreas parceiras;Apoiar a organização e atualização de controles e documentos da área;Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos e procedimentos internos da área fiscal;Apoiar as rotinas de fechamento e validação das informações fiscais de cada período;Acompanhar atualizações da legislação tributária e apoiar a área na identificação de impactos nas rotinas fiscais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em rotinas fiscais e tributárias;Conhecimento intermediário dos principais tributos incidentes sobre operações e faturamento;Experiência com conferência de documentos e informações fiscais;Conhecimento da legislação tributária e interesse em acompanhar suas atualizações;Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;Perfil proativo, responsável e colaborativo;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos na área fiscal e tributária;Conhecimento ou interesse em acompanhar as mudanças decorrentes da Reforma Tributária;Desejável vivência em empresas com grande volume de operações e documentos fiscais;Desejável conhecimento de sistemas integrados de gestão empresarial (ERP).
