Aqui você encontrará um ambiente colaborativo e acolhedor.Sua principal atribuição será a escrituração de notas fiscais de entradaVenha fazer parte da GEDORE!Empresa líder de mercado em seu segmento, com mais de 100 anos de tradição, busca pessoas dinâmicas, inovadoras, com visão sistêmica para continuar inovando e surpreendendo seus clientes pela qualidade de seus produtos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e liberar transportadoras e fornecedores durante o processo de recebimento de notas fiscais, garantindo eficiência e organização na operação.Executar a escrituração de notas fiscais de entrada, incluindo compras, remessas e devoluções, garantindo a precisão e conformidade com a legislação vigente e políticas da empresa.Identificar e recusar o recebimento de notas fiscais que estejam em desacordo com a legislação tributária, ordens de compra e normas da empresa, garantindo a conformidade e integridade dos registros.Executar o processo de cancelamento ou anulação de notas fiscais de saída conforme necessário, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos e garantindo a regularização adequada.Emitir notas fiscais de entrada, como devoluções, retornos e importações, assim como notas de saída, como remessas, conforme demanda e procedimentos da empresa.Identificar e reportar inconsistências entre notas fiscais de entrada e ordens de compra, colaborando para a resolução eficiente de problemas e garantindo a conformidade das transações.Emitir cartas de correção quando necessário para retificar informações em notas fiscais, assegurando a correção de eventuais erros de escrituração.Prestar suporte no atendimento às solicitações de analistas, coordenadores e gerentes, auxiliando na geração de planilhas, relatórios e levantamento de informações.Colaborar no atendimento de clientes internos e externos, incluindo outras áreas da empresa, órgãos públicos, auditoria e clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Superior em andamento Ciências Contábeis ou afins.Desejável: Ensino Técnico em Contabilidade.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: 7h às 16h45Vamos te Oferecer:Plano de saúde (ambulatorial ou hospitalar) - custeio de 100% da mensalidade para o funcionário;Convênio Odontológico - SesimaxAtendimento odontológico na empresaAtendimento ambulatorial na empresaAtendimento Assistência SocialAtendimento PsicológicoCartão convênio farmáciaWellhub (Gympass)Subsídio MedicamentosSeguro de vida em grupo facultativo;Restaurante no local;Vale Transporte;Estacionamento no local;Participação no Lucro dos Resultados (PLR);Incentivo à formação, conforme política interna;Kit Natalino;Kit Maternidade/Paternidade;Presente aniversário;Licença Maternidade/Paternidade Estendida;Biblioteca SESI.
