Prestar apoio administrativo e jurídico aos advogados e outros profissionais do escritório, realizando atividades de suporte como organização de documentos, elaboração de peças de baixa complexidade, controle de prazos e acompanhamento processual, assim como elaborar pareceres jurídicos, alimentar sistema interno e do cliente, acompanhar e contribuir para o cumprimento de indicadores interno e do cliente e cumprir atividades de rotinas como apoio jurídico e administrativo, além de atuar em diversas áreas jurídicas do escritório, auxiliando na execução das tarefas e contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar triagem, organização e arquivamento de documentos e processos físicos e digitais, assegurando a acessibilidade e segurança das informações;Elaborar, sob orientação e acompanhamento dos solicitantes, minutas e documentos de menor complexidade.Acompanhar o andamento processual e realizar o controle de prazos para garantir a conformidade com os procedimentos e prazos judiciais, bem como alimentando o sistema do clientes de acordo as diretrizes estabelecidas. Realizar análise processual e elaborar pareceres jurídicos. Proceder com o cumprimento sistêmicos de determinações judiciais para fins de cumprimento de obrigações ou pagamento de condenação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo e Ensino Superior em andamento ou concluída em Direito, sem registro ativo na OAB;Desejável experiência em atividades em escritórios de advocacia, especialmente com atuação em cobrança, conhecimento em rotina de escritórios de advocacia e/ou setor jurídico, preferencialmente em cobrança;Competências Técnicas: Andamento Processual pelo TJSP. Habilidades em sistemas, pacote Office, organização de processos e cumprimento de prazos.
