Em parceria com os analistas jurídicos e com a coordenação, contribuirá para a segurança das operações e para o crescimento sustentável da companhia.Confira os detalhes abaixo e venha construir experiências educacionais transformadoras com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a gestão do contencioso trabalhista e cível, realizando controle de prazos, organização de documentos processuais e acompanhamento de indicadores;Elaborar e revisar contratos relacionados a soluções digitais, seguindo modelos e diretrizes da área;Realizar a gestão de pagamentos de fornecedores jurídicos, garantindo controle e rastreabilidade das informações;Administrar o repositório documental jurídico, assegurando organização, atualização e monitoramento de prazos;Acompanhar vencimentos contratuais e apoiar as áreas responsáveis nas renovações e tratativas necessárias;Dar suporte às analistas jurídicas e à coordenação da área nas demandas operacionais e administrativas;Contribuir para a construção e manutenção de indicadores, relatórios e controles que apoiem a tomada de decisão.Diferenciais:Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou educação;Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão contratual, como DocuSign, LMS Jurídico ou similares;Vivência com indicadores e relatórios de contencioso;Perfil hands-on, proativo e com interesse em desenvolvimento profissional contínuo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Direito (concluída ou cursando a partir do 8º semestre);Experiência prévia em escritório ou departamento jurídico com atuação em direito empresarial;Familiaridade com rotinas de contencioso e gestão de contratos;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e excelente gestão de prazos;Boa comunicação escrita.Informações adicionaisNossos benefíciosContamos com Vale Alimentação, Vale Refeição e Vale Transporte.Cuidamos da sua saúde!
