Responsável pelo suporte e assistência no desenvolvimento de conteúdo e interações digitais da Faculdade Moinhos de Vento, visando estreitar as relações com os alunos e qualificar sua experiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar ações de relacionamento digital nas redes sociais, acompanhando o que é falado referente à Instituição, respondendo aos questionamentos dos alunos e reportando situações necessárias para a Analista de Marketing, com o objetivo manter um bom posicionamento online. Atualizar as informações nos canais online do Hospital Moinhos de Vento (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, entre outros), visando aumentar a reputação e a relevância da marca dentro do ambiente online. Realizar o acompanhamento da performance da marca nos canais digitais, repassando para a agência o número de acessos e apoiando a Analista de Marketing na proposição de novas soluções para a melhoria contínua da estratégia de Marketing. Apoiar a redação de conteúdos, materiais e informações relevantes para divulgação nos canais online, a fim de atrair e encantar os alunos. Realizar coberturas jornalísticas simples, bem como acompanhar e dar suporte para a Agência e Analista de Marketing quando necessário. Dar suporte para a Analista de Marketing na interface com a Agência, encaminhando demandas e conferindo os trabalhos recebidos. Programar o envio de e-mail marketing para os públicos da faculdade, bem como acompanhar as métricas de recebimento e abertura de e-mail marketing, através da ferramenta de disparo.Requisitos e qualificações Escolaridade Básica: Ensino superior em andamento em Marketing, Comunicação ou Publicidade, ou áreas afins; domínio de redes sociais (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube); habilidade com Canva/Photoshop para peças institucionais; boa redação para campanhas de captação de alunos.Desejável: Experiência em campanhas para o segmento de educação ou saúde; noções de tráfego pago (Meta e Google Ads) voltado para vestibular e cursos de pós-graduação.
