Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais são os desafios?Pagamentos e verbas comerciais

Conferir acordos comerciais no Salesforce (CNPJ, dados bancários e cadastro do cliente).

Identificar e resolver inconsistências junto ao time de vendas.

Inserir acordos para pagamento no Datasul.

Lançar comprovantes no sistema Salesforce.

Processar notas fiscais de compras (matéria-prima, brindes e EPIs).

Acompanhar e solicitar o envio dos acordos dentro dos prazos de fechamento.

Promotores

Processar KM e notas fiscais dos promotores diretos.

Conferir valores, notas fiscais e quantidade de lojas dos promotores compartilhados.

Atualizar a base de lojas (entradas e saídas).

Acompanhar campanhas em andamento.

Logística de materiais

Separar amostras e materiais promocionais para envio.

Organizar e embalar os materiais.

Emitir notas fiscais para envio via carga.

Acompanhar transportadoras e comprovantes de entrega.

Conferir materiais recebidos dos fornecedores.

Relacionamento com fornecedores

Solicitar cotações.

Acompanhar entregas e prazos.

Tratar pendências relacionadas aos fornecimentos.

Requisitos e qualificações Escolaridade: Desejável Superior Cursando Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas

Informática:  Pacote Office – conhecimentos intermediários em Excel

Competências Técnicas (Conhecimentos e Habilidades):

Vivência em Trade Marketing será um diferencial

Preferencialmente com conhecimento em CRM (Salesforce) e ERP (Totvs ou Sap)

Conhecimento em controle de notas fiscais, pagamentos e verbas comerciais

Interface com Logística e Expedição
