Nosso time é formado por pessoas engajadas em inovar no setor de transporte, e que fazem a diferença todos os dias.Nosso propósito é transformar soluções logísticas em resultados importantes em termos de otimização, tecnologia e redução de emissões de CO2.Como Assistente Operacional II,você é o responsável porfazer acompanhamento de viagens, baixar comprovantes de entrega, gerar KPI's.Responsabilidades e atribuições💡 CONTAMOS COM VOCÊ PARA:Receber demandas extras e programar os veículos necessários.Registrar cargas no Painel de Agendamento e emitir OCTs.Fornecer informações de programação a clientes e motoristas.Acompanhar entregas, coletas e viagens.Atualizar coletas e entregas no sistema e gerar roteiros.Alimentar dados para KPIs e relatórios.Aprovar recibos de frete conforme tabela vigente.Assinar recebimento de comprovantes de entrega.Orientar motoristas.Definir distribuição das cargas e priorização das cargas críticas.Zelar pela organização do ambiente, materiais e sigilo das informações.Cumprir e garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Saúde, Qualidade e Meio Ambiente.Requisitos e qualificações👍 O QUE VOCÊ PRECISA TER:Ensino médio completo ou superior em Logística.👍 SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL SE VOCÊ TIVER:Experiência na área de transportes e armazenagem.🎯Local de Trabalho: Cargolift Logística - Osasco SP;🕗Horário de trabalho:  Disponibilidade de horário das 17:00 as 02:12 Seg a Sexta.Informações adicionais😍 AS ETAPAS ATÉ O MATCH PERFEITOVocê precisa passar por algumas fases no processo seletivo para chegar até o tão sonhado SIM.
