O Programa de Atenção Integral à Saúde iniciou suas atividades no ano de 2001 no município de São Paulo, se estendendo para outros municípios e estados.

Desde o início de suas atividades, a SPDM/PAIS busca, em parceria com a gestão pública, o crescimento e a consolidação dos serviços de saúde ofertados aos usuários do SUS, gerenciando serviços nos três níveis de Atenção: primária, secundária (Especialidades) e terciária (Urgência e Emergência).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar agenda das demandas/atividades da Gestão da Qualidade;Inserir dados e informações no Sistema Informatizado para Gestão dos documentos institucionais;Executar as ações decorrentes do planejamento da gestão da qualidade e de implantação/manutenção da Acreditação e Certificação;Efetuar a estruturação segundo metodologia planejada para constituição dos manuais de rotinas e procedimentos;Auxiliar todos os profissionais a respeito dos processos referentes à gestão da qualidade;Auxiliar todas as lideranças nas resoluções de não conformidades;Auxiliar a equipe nos mapeamentos de processos;Efetuar o controle estatístico de todas as informações referentes ao processo de certificação e dos demais processos de qualidade;Estabelecer os registros necessários para evidenciar o atendimento das rotinas e procedimentos dos processos Institucionais;Estabelecer o controle da elaboração, distribuição de formulários para todos os processos da Unidade;Controlar a emissão de não-conformidades, registrando suas ações decorrentes e monitorando a eficácia destas ações aplicadas;Operacionalizar ações de acompanhamento das determinações estabelecidas pela gestão da qualidade em conjunto com as comissões institucionais;Efetuar a integração entre todos os processos para o monitoramento dos acordos entre fornecedores e clientes internos, enfocando as implantações de metas e indicadores;Acompanhar a equipe nas avaliações e auditorias internas;Operacionalizar e efetuar as ações de planejamento junto aos gestores dos processos para a gestão da qualidade;Realizar reuniões com os gestores das Unidades para levantamento de necessidades e aplicação de ações gerais estabelecidas pelo Analista da Qualidade;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais - LGPD;Realizar as atividades das áreas/setores, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Cursando com 02 semestres concluídos em Gestão da Qualidade, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento no Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook);Conhecimento em ISO 9001 e ONA;Experiência na área de atuação.Informações adicionaisTrabalho 100% presencial;Local de trabalho na região da Vergueiro - SP;Horário de atuação comercial de segunda a sexta-feira;Profissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação ;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
