Assistir ao usuário de equipamentos de tecnologia da informação por meio de orientações, intervenções de reparo técnico e manutenções preventivas, criação de acessos, instalação de softwares; Apoiar a melhoria contínua dos processos de TIC e estrutura por meio de verificação de funcionalidade das soluções oferecidas, bem como estado de conservação das mesmas; Verificar o alinhamento das ações dos usuários as políticas e procedimentos de TIC por meio de auditorias e acompanhamento; Gerir e atender chamados definindo prioridades de atendimento por meio do software de help desk e intervenções necessárias. Executar outras atividades de mesma natureza, nível de complexidade e responsabilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Desejável técnico em informática ou superior em andamento em tecnologia da informação ou em cursos correlatos.Domínio de sistema operacional Windows, sistemas MS Office, conhecimento em redes, conhecimento em hardware.
