Prestar serviços técnicos especializados de assessoramento em assistência social, apoiando o desenvolvimento e fortalecimento das ações socioassistenciais realizadas pelo Instituto, por meio de orientação técnica, acompanhamento metodológico e elaboração de relatórios e pareceres relacionados às atividades executadas.
