Atuamos com foco em pesquisa e desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras, com o objetivo de contribuir para uma agricultura mais sustentável, saudável e regenerativa.Missão:Responsável por visitar e manter relacionamento com clientes, oferecer suporte técnico das especificações do produto, instalação de campos, elaborar propostas e orçamentos com definição de escopo técnico e condições comerciais para o fornecimento de soluções. Elaborar relatórios comerciais periódicos, acompanhar os representantes técnicos de vendas em visitas comerciais e negociação de valores e prazos. Estar em alinhamento total com o RTV que lidera seu trabalho e é responsável pelo seu desenvolvimento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Construir relação de Confiança com Líder, pares e clientes pelo exemplo e dentro das Políticas da Empresa;Ter atitude e buscar novas competências para assumir novos desafios;Estar totalmente alinhado com o RTV e solicitar os feedbacks de desempenho sempre que perceber que o Gestor não estiver ofertando as devolutivas com a frequência necessária;Executar as estratégias definidas pelo Marketing de prospecção de novos clientes e fidelização da carteira atual em sua região de atuação.Preparar relatórios mensais para discussão com Gestor com o intuito de propor melhorias ou mudanças de rotas com foco na entrega do resultado mensal/anual;Responsável pela instalação, apresentação de resultados e execução dos dias de campo;Visita a produtores para efetuar o levantamento de necessidades dos clientes da região de atuação;Realização de campos demonstrativos, com acompanhamento e análise dos resultados;Elaborar relatórios técnicos e gráficos;Atender o cliente via telefone e pessoalmente;Realizar e manter o cadastro de clientes em sistema;Solicitar o envio de amostras de produtos para clientes com intuito de multiplicar o número de usuários de Biológicos e Naturais;Acompanhamento dos CTVs da revenda em visitas técnicas aos clientes;Elaborar relatórios semanais de visita, informando clientes visitados e atividades desenvolvidas;Subordinação a um RTV e/ou Coordenador que ofertarão as atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar você precisa:Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Agronômica.Conhecer a região de atuação.Residir na cidade de atuação ou proximidades.Vivência anterior na função (Diferencial).Experiência com biológicos (Diferencial).
