Responsável sob orientação por confeccionar OPM (Próteses, Aparelhos Metálicos, Goteiras, Coletes e demais órteses) e fazer manutenções desses equipamentos, desenvolver técnicas e estratégias de confecção, desenvolver e melhorar processos visando o melhor resultado possível na fabricação e reabilitação do paciente, manter-se atualizado, fazer parte da equipe multidisciplinar na unidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFabricar e fazer manutenção de OPM (Próteses, Aparelhos Metálicos, Goteiras, Coletes e demais órteses) dentro das especificações solicitadas pela área clínica e fabricantes de componentes. Mediante a interpretação de receitas, fichas de medidas, determinando componentes, modelos e formas de fabricação e manutenção, sendo orientado por um técnico ortopédico;Garantir qualidade e segurança dos produtos fabricado. Seguindo todas as especificações e acompanhando todos os processos de confecção, sendo todas as etapas acompanhadas pelo técnico ortopédico;Fabricar OPM. Sob orientação de um Técnico Ortopédico, modificando moldes e modelos, fabricando OPM, montando componentes de acordo com especificações técnicas;Manter célula de produção abastecida. Solicitando componentes e matérias, realizando desde as atividades de retirada dos itens no almoxarifado, limpeza, conferência e contagem, deforma a viabilizar o início do processo produtivo conforme as ordens de serviço;Manter a Organização e conservação. Realizando a limpeza, organização e higienização dos utensílios e ambiente de trabalho, zelando pela manutenção e funcionamento dos equipamentos e utensílios;Desenvolver e fabricar componentes e adequações em OPM. Desenvolvendo atividades de desenho de croqui, criação e adequação de OPM, atividades como: Traçar, cortar, serrar, furar, modelar, costurar, ajustar, pintar, colar, usinar, imprimir, modelar, montar, finalizar operando máquinas, ferramentas elétricas, pneumáticas, equipamentos e utensílios para produção e manufatura;Melhorar continuamente produtos Ortopedicos e seus respectivos processos de fabricação. Através de treinamentos, busca por atualizações tecnológicas, participando ativamente ao processo de inovação e da introdução de manufatura digital;Garantir a segurança de todos no ambiente produtivo.
