Traga seu talento para a Unimed Guarulhos e vamos juntos exercer a nossa vocação de cuidar.Quem Buscamos: ATENDENTE - ATENDIMENTO PRESENCIALResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesConsultar o sistema para verificação das informações contratuais, cobertura parcial temporária, carência e regras ou exceções e outras) e orientar clientes de maneira clara;Realizar finalização (no sistema) dos atendimentos em aberto, mediante retorno da Auditoria Médica;Realizar informação de rede credenciada / impressão guia ou rede ao beneficiário;Prestar esclarecimentos de dúvidas e impressão de faturas / boleto para os beneficiários ;Realizar atendimento presencial ao beneficiário para liberação de procedimentos;Distribuir senhas ao cliente;Cadastrar e atualizar dados em planilhas, bem como sistema da área;Preencher formulários, efetuar solicitações em sistema, conforme instruções;Organizar documentos, pastas e arquivos, de acordo com orientações;Informar a gestão sobre qualquer irregularidade ou suspeita de fraude;Repassar as informações e fluxos de trabalho aos novos colaboradores, a fim de garantir a adequada realização das atividades;Posicionar o gestor sobre as ações e atividades desenvolvidas na área sob sua responsabilidade;Executar outras atividades correlatas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias da natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior;Orientar cliente sobre posicionamento de guias ( andamento, autorização e negativas);Acolher e esclarecer os clientes sobre reclamações de baixa / média complexidade;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Médio CompletoConhecimentos em informática / nível básico.Experiência anterior em atendimento na área da saúde. Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica Unimed Guarulhos: Cobertura ambulatorial, hospitalar e obstétrica por meio da rede Unimed Guarulhos.
