Estamos em busca de profissionais talentosos, motivados e comprometidos com a qualidade e a inovação.Se você se identifica com esse perfil e deseja fazer parte de uma equipe orientada pela excelência e por resultados, inscreva-se agora e venha construir um futuro promissor conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por atuar no monitoramento e controle das operações da rodovia, garantindo a segurança dos usuários, a fluidez do tráfego e o acionamento eficiente dos recursos operacionais, conforme os procedimentos da concessionária e normas regulatórias.Monitorar a rodovia por meio do sistema de CFTV, painéis de mensagens variáveis (PMV), sensores e demais ferramentas operacionais.Receber, registrar e tratar ocorrências (acidentes, panes, congestionamentos, condições climáticas, objetos na pista, entre outros).Acionar equipes de apoio (guinchos, inspeção de tráfego, resgate, manutenção, polícia rodoviária e demais órgãos).Manter comunicação constante com equipes de campo e órgãos externos.Registrar informações em sistemas operacionais, garantindo rastreabilidade e confiabilidade dos dados.Acompanhar ocorrências até sua completa resolução, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs operacionais.Apoiar na divulgação de informações aos usuários por meio de PMVs, rádio, aplicativos e outros canais.Cumprir normas de segurança, procedimentos operacionais e diretrizes da concessionária e da agência reguladora.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Será considerado um diferencial: vivência em operações rodoviárias, logística de tráfego, atendimento a emergências ou centros de controle operacional, preferencialmente no setor de concessão de rodovias;Desejável conhecimentos técnicos: Sistemas de controle operacional (CFTV, PMV, rádio comunicação, SCADA, SIROS ou equivalentes), normas de operação viária, gestão de tráfego e segurança rodoviária;Informações adicionaisAtuação será presencial em Jataí/ GO;Escala de Trabalho: Turno 2x2 (ou conforme regime da empresa).Benefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição;🏥 Convênio Médico;🛡️ Seguro de Vida;🏋️ Wellhub (Gympass);Em nossos processos seletivos, todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.
