Também irá prestar atendimento consultivo aos clientes e apoiar nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais da loja.No DayCâmbio, oferecemos um ambiente colaborativo e dinâmico, com foco em resultados, desenvolvimento contínuo e aprendizado prático no setor de câmbio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Atendente de Câmbio Júnior, você será responsável por:• Atender clientes presencialmente e por canais digitais, garantindo uma experiência consultiva na venda de produtos de câmbio;• Atender clientes para envio e recebimento de remessas internacionais;• Monitorar e retornar chamadas, garantindo a continuidade no atendimento;• Acompanhar e atuar sobre a carteira de clientes, oferecendo soluções diversificadas e personalizadas de produtos;• Comprar moedas estrangeiras e cheques com precisão e segurança;• Manusear, conferir e controlar valores em caixa físico e sistêmico, zelando pela precisão;• Receber, conferir e arquivar contratos de câmbio e documentos dos clientes;• Solicitar carro-forte, sempre que necessário, conforme orientação da gestão;• Realizar abertura e/ou fechamento da loja, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:• Ensino Médio completo;• Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente com foco em vendas;• Experiência anterior com operações de caixa;• Facilidade com uso de sistemas e boa organização no controle de valores;• Conhecimento básico a intermediário do Pacote Office;• Boa comunicação, proatividade e disposição para aprender sobre o mercado de câmbio;• Capacidade de trabalhar com atenção a detalhes e seguindo procedimentos com responsabilidade;• Disponibilidade para obter a certificação ABT - Abracam (a empresa oferece suporte e até duas tentativas custeadas);• Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente e em escala de trabalho definida pela loja.Informações adicionaisBenefícios que Valorizam Você:• Vale-Refeição/Alimentação;• Seguro de Vida;• Assistência Médica e Odontológica: cobertura completa para cuidados médicos e odontológicos de qualidade - Após o período de experiência;• Total Pass - Incentivo à Saúde: acesso à uma ampla rede de atividades físicas, promovendo um estilo de vida ativo e saudável;• Apoio à Educação: suporte para desenvolvimento acadêmico e profissional, investindo no seu desenvolvimento;• Day Off conforme política interna.
