Responsabilidades e atribuições que serão desempenhadas no cargo: Buscamos um profissional com experiência em Cobrança para atuar nas seguintes atividades: Cargo: Operador de Telemarketing Híbrido. Realizar contato ativo com clientes inadimples da administradora de planos de saúde. Será responsável pela negociação e registros em sistema. Responsabilidades: Atender clientes seguindo roteiros e scripts; Realizar cadastro de clientes no sistema; Garantir prazos de comunicação e qualidade no atendimento; Realizar pesquisas quando necessário. Atuar para o atingimento das metas estabelecidas
