Como Atendente de Call Center você irá atuar na PC Service, que atua no mercado nacional no segmento de tecnologia da informação há mais de 30 anos, estando entre as 200 maiores empresas de tecnologia e fazendo parte de um grupo sólido e ético que é liderado pela Montreal Informática, em função da grande expertise da empresa e a estratégia de mercado ainda buscando evitar conflitos na área de atuação das duas corporações, foram designados pelo conselho diretor, três linhas de negócios ao portfólio corporativo da PC Service: Call Center, Service Desk e Infraestrutura.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento receptivo aos beneficiários do plano de saúde por meio do canal telefônico;Prestar informações, esclarecer dúvidas e orientar os clientes;Realizar agendamentos de consultas, exames e demais procedimentos, conforme os protocolos estabelecidos;Registrar de forma clara e precisa todas as informações dos atendimentos nos sistemas da empresa;Consultar sistemas para localizar informações cadastrais, rede credenciada, autorizações e demais dados necessários ao atendimento;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e direcionar as demandas para as áreas responsáveis, quando necessário;Garantir um atendimento humanizado, cordial e resolutivo, proporcionando uma experiência positiva ao beneficiário;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência com atendimento receptivo em Call Center;Desejável vivência em operações voltadas para a área da saúde (planos de saúde, clínicas, laboratórios ou operadoras de saúde);Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Facilidade para lidar com o público, demonstrando empatia, cordialidade e atenção durante o atendimento;Conhecimentos básicos em informática e navegação em sistemas;Agilidade na digitação e no registro das informações durante o atendimento;Capacidade de organização, atenção aos detalhes e foco na qualidade do atendimento.Informações adicionaisBenefícios e vantagens:Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de vida;Vale-transporte;Vale-alimentação ou refeição;Wellhub;Auxílio Creche;Clube de vantagens com descontos de saúde, bem-estar, instituição de ensino e idiomas.Informações adicionais:Atuação presencial no Centro do RJHorário: total disponibilidadeCarga horária: 6h20min, escala 6x1
