A DayCred, empresa do Grupo Daycoval, é referência em soluções de Crédito Consignado e está em busca de profissionais que gostem de desafios, negociação e atendimento ao cliente.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Atendente de Cobrança na área de Cobrança da DayCred, contribuindo para a regularização financeira dos nossos clientes e para a construção de uma experiência positiva durante as negociações.A posição terá como foco o atendimento ativo e receptivo aos clientes, buscando entender suas necessidades, realizar negociações, oferecer alternativas para regularização de pendências e contribuir para a recuperação de valores, sempre com uma abordagem consultiva, humanizada e transparente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento ativo e receptivo aos clientes por telefone e canais digitais, como WhatsApp, discador e chat;Entrar em contato com clientes inadimplentes para negociação e regularização de pendências financeiras;Atuar na negociação de dívidas, especialmente relacionadas a empréstimos consignados e cartões;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer alternativas de pagamento adequadas para sua regularização financeira;Prestar esclarecimentos sobre valores, taxas, juros, condições e prazos;Realizar negociações de forma consultiva, respeitosa e transparente;Identificar e tratar contestações e reclamações de Nível 1;Investigar possíveis inconsistências relacionadas às cobranças e buscar soluções assertivas;Registrar os atendimentos, negociações e acordos realizados nos sistemas;Atualizar informações cadastrais e financeiras dos clientes;Realizar acompanhamento dos acordos e enviar comprovantes de pagamento quando necessário;Cumprir metas e indicadores de cobrança, negociação, atendimento e recuperação;Garantir a qualidade dos atendimentos e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:Ensino Médio completo;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, cobrança, negociação ou vendas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil negociador, com habilidade para argumentação e resolução de conflitos;Empatia e escuta ativa para compreender as necessidades dos clientes;Proatividade e foco em resultados;Organização para acompanhamento de negociações e atividades;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e ferramentas digitais;Disponibilidade para atuar com metas e indicadores;Desejável experiência no segmento financeiro, cobrança ou crédito consignado.Será um diferencial:Experiência com cobrança ativa e receptiva;Vivência com negociação e recuperação de crédito;Experiência com produtos financeiros, especialmente crédito consignado e cartão;Experiência trabalhando com metas e indicadores de cobrança;Vivência com atendimento multicanal.
