Entre as principais responsabilidades estão:

Realizar o atendimento aos clientes, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo suporte na localização de medicamentos, produtos de higiene, perfumaria e itens de saúde.

Operar o caixa, realizando abertura e fechamento, recebimento de valores, conferência de pagamentos e emissão de comprovantes.

Apoiar a organização, reposição e precificação dos produtos nas prateleiras e áreas de exposição.

Conferir produtos recebidos, observando quantidades, integridade das embalagens e prazos de validade.

Auxiliar no controle de estoque, contribuindo para a organização e identificação de produtos com validade próxima.

Manter o ambiente de atendimento limpo, organizado e adequado à experiência do cliente.

Apoiar a equipe nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais da farmácia.

Seguir os procedimentos internos, normas de segurança e orientações dos responsáveis técnicos.

Contribuir para o cumprimento das metas e para a qualidade do atendimento, mantendo uma postura cordial, ética e profissional.

Encaminhar dúvidas relacionadas a medicamentos e orientações técnicas ao farmacêutico responsável, sempre que necessário.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos ObrigatóriosEnsino Médio completo.Conhecimento básico sobre medicamentos, produtos de higiene, perfumaria e itens de saúde.Facilidade com cálculos, operação de caixa e sistemas de PDV (frente de caixa).Conhecimento básico em informática e ferramentas digitais.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Diferenciais e Perfil DesejadoExperiência anterior em farmácias, drogarias, varejo, atendimento ao público ou operação de caixa.Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes.Perfil proativo, cordial e resolutivo.Facilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em uma rotina dinâmica e colaborativa.Comprometimento com a qualidade do atendimento e a organização do ambiente.
