Retirar as bagagens do veículo do cliente e estacioná-lo. Entregar ao hóspede o cartão de identificação do carro. Controlar entrada e registrar a saída de bagagens. Apresentar o apartamento ao hóspede. Pesquisar com os hospedes, opinião sobre produtos e serviços, receber reclamações e providenciar soluções.Manter a recepção e a portaria organizadas e limpas.Conferir a data de chegada e saída do cliente, regime de pensão, tipo de apartamento, quantidade de pessoas, visando à conferência de todos os dados no sistema, e a possível correção de irregularidades ainda no momento do check in.Conferir valores de diárias e os gastos da hospedagem, assim como a forma de pagamento. Conferir ao chegar e ao sair o fundo fixo. Conferir o relatório das contas recebidas e comparar com os pagamentos físicos em seu caixa. Informar aos hospedes, os horários de restaurantes, do parque, dos lazeres opcionais e da programação de lazer completa.  Encaminhar roupas de hóspedes para lavanderia.
